HP PERFORMANCE 2005-2008 GT STAGE I MUSTANG TWIN TURBO KIT DESCRIPTION

The HP Performance 05-08 Mustang GT Stage I Twin Turbo System consists of a CNC mandrel bent 14 ga. mild steel tubing system, which is ceramic coated (hot and cold sides) in a polished aluminum finish by JetHot, the country's premier ceramic coating company.  The system begins with two tubes connecting to the factory exhaust manifolds and to the two Garrett 50mm turbos.  (57mm or 67mm turbos optional).  After traveling through the turbochargers, the exhaust gases then go through two downpipes, two intermediate pipes and connect to an included X-pipe that connects to the stock cat back (muffler system) in the factory position.  Starting from the turbo discharge on the cold side, two turbo-intercooler tubes connect the turbos to the two intercooler inlets.  After passing through the intercooler, the cooled air exits through a lower intercooler tube to an upper intake tube with incorporated mass air meter and then connects to the throttle body in the stock position.  All connections on the exhaust side are made using stainless steel V-band clamps.  On the cold side, the connections are 3-ply silicone hose fastened with stainless steel T-bolt clamps.  The system comes with twin 50mm Garrett turbos (rated to 700+ rwhp), twin Bosch BOV valves (optional billet BOV's available), twin Tial 38mm wastegates, Ford GT Supercar fuel pump upgrade, eight 39# fuel injectors, Diablo Predator tuning package and all hoses, fittings, clamps, brackets and fasteners required to install the system.  No aftermarket K-member or suspension upgrades are required for installation.  Estimated 15 hours install time.  System requires no fabrication or welding.  System carries a 1-year parts and workmanship warranty, a 3-year ceramic coating warranty and a limited lifetime warranty on all tubing components.
