They have really been helpful with the installation of the system and in getting the total combination right.  Originally the system started out as a 66mm street system, then an 80mm single turbo and now the custom twin turbo setup."

The HP 1979-1993 Mustang Twin Turbo system consists of 1 ¾'' primary tubular headers CNC mandrel-bent from 14 gauge mild steel. The flanges are laser cut 3/8'' mild steel.  The twin turbos are mounted on the 3" header collectors with the air filters mounted directly to the turbo air intakes and situated in the front fenders.  The spent exhaust gases go through twin down pipes routed underneath the headers for easy access to the spark plugs and connect to dual exhaust pipes.  Starting from the turbo discharge on the cold side, mandrel bent tubing connects the turbo compressor housings to the 4" core air/air front-mounted intercooler.  After passing through the custom-built aluminum intercooler, the boosted air goes through another mandrel bent tube into the throttle body (provisions for a mass air meter can be ordered).  All tubing is CNC mandrel bent on a 5'' radius and is Jet Hot ceramic coated in their "Sterling" finish (looks like highly polished aluminum).  All connections on the exhaust side are made using stainless steel V-band clamps.  On the cold side, the connections are 3-ply silicone hose fastened with stainless steel T-bolt clamps.  The system comes with twin Garrett turbochargers (60mm, 66mm or 76mm), twin 38 mm Tial wastegates, 50mm Tial blow off valve and a Spahl electric fan with relays and wiring harness.  Options available include a Magnaflow fuel pump (two to choose from, depending on horsepower levels), sumped fuel tank, braided steel fuel lines, aircraft grade fuel line fittings, billet aluminum fuel rails, fuel injectors (size and type depends on horsepower level), a custom-built under-dash air/water intercooler, and intercooler water tank, pump and lines.   Other turbo upgrades and options are available.  Estimated 15-20 hours install time.  System carries a 1-year parts and workmanship warranty, a 3-year ceramic coating warranty and a limited lifetime warranty on the tubing
