We are pleased to offer HP Performance turbo systems for the 1985-1996 Corvette C4.  As our many satisfied customers will attest, HP turbo systems are the most complete systems on the market and provide the best turbocharger system value available today. These systems feature the same caliber of high quality and outstanding performance of all HP Performance turbo systems in a package built specifically for the fourth generation Corvette.   HP turbo systems offer very mild street manners and incredible amount of horsepower on demand.

(Intake tube shown above will also be coated with standard polished aluminum finish Jet Hot ceramic coating)

The HP turbo systems are offered in three versions.  The Stage I system comes standard with a 60mm turbo and will support about 600 rwhp.  This system can be installed on a stock L98 or LT1 engine, although it should be run at conservative boost levels due to the high compression and design strength of the these engines.  The Stage II system comes standard with a 67mm turbo, will support 700-750 rwhp, and will require engine modifications such as lower compression pistons, better rods, etc. in order to utilize the full potential of the kit.  The Stage III system comes standard with a 76mm turbo, will support 800-850 rwhp and will require more extensive engine modifications.

THIS SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY UPGRADEABLE TO ACHIEVE MORE HORSEPOWER/TORQUE

Upgrading this system is as easy as ordering a larger turbo, fuel system upgrades, custom exhaust, etc.  Engine modifications will be required to realize the full potential of the Stage II and Stage III system.  System upgrades available include the following extra-cost options:

Stage II 67mm turbo (rated to 700-750 rwhp)
Stage II Fuel system upgrade (larger injectors, fuel pump, etc.)
Stage II Clutch package or torque converter

Stage III 76mm turbo (rated to 800-850 rwhp)
Stage III Fuel system upgrade (larger injectors, fuel pump, etc.)
Stage III Clutch package or torque converter

In-car electronic boost controller

Polished billet aluminum blow off valve

Polished turbo compressor housing

3.5" Turbo downpipe (tight fit)
