systems for the 1997-2008 Corvette C5, C6 and
Z06. HP turbo systems are the most complete systems on the
market and provide the best turbocharger system value available today. These systems feature the
same caliber of high quality and outstanding performance of all HP
Performance turbo systems, all wrapped up in a package built specifically
for the fifth and sixth generation Corvettes. HP Performance
provides a turbo
system that offers very mild street manners and incredible amount of
horsepower on demand. For example:
A stock 2002 Z06 with the HP Stage I Twinturbo system made
670 rwhp
and
640 rwtq
@ 9.5 psi
A stock 2007 Z06 with the HP Stage II Twinturbo System
made 725 rwhp @ 5.5 psi.
A modified 2002 Z06 with the HP Stage III Twinturbo System
made 940 rwhp @ 15 psi.
A modified 1999 C5 with the HP Stage III Twinturbo System
made 1010 rwhp and 10.16 @ 146 mph 1/4

of this 2002 Z06 with engine mods and a Stage III HP Performance turbo kit that made
over 940 rwhp @ 15 psi!

The
systems are offered in three versions. Stage I comes standard with 50mm
turbos and will support 700-750 rwhp. This system can be installed on a stock
LS1, LS6 or LS7 engine, although it should be run at conservative boost levels due to the
high compression and design strength of the these engines. Stage II comes standard with 57mm turbos and
will support 800-900 rwhp and will require engine modifications such as lower
compression pistons, better rods, etc.. Stage III comes standard with 67mm turbos and will
support 1000+ rwhp and will require more extensive engine modifications.

Upgrading this system is as easy as ordering larger turbos,
fuel system upgrades, custom exhaust, etc. Engine modifications will be
required to realize the full potential of the Stage II, Stage III and Stage IV
systems.

Dominic Kamas' 1999 C5 Corvette with an HP Stage
